For years ANGFA has been fortunate in having many wonderful supporters around the world and particularly here in Australia. We've often recognised and celebrated the work of these individuals in the pages of our publications; we've been doing so for 21 years and we will continue to honour these individuals in the future. It is also time to acknowledge commercial concerns (businesses) that support and promote ANGFA. These businesses are helping ANGFA in their own ways: by promoting ANGFA to their customers or to their readers; by happily donating their time and effort at ANGFA Conventions; they help maintain an interest in native aquatic flora & fauna; some display ANGFA posters and publications in their stores; some donate prizes or attend local meetings and field trips anywhere around the country. Almost all of this voluntary help and promotion is done without fanfare and most members never hear about it. Yet, without their continued support it's unlikely ANGFA would be where it is today. We have no commercial relationship with any of these businesses but we'd like to let members know who our supporters are and ask you to be aware of them and, where you can, support our "Friends of ANGFA". You'll find them listed in this newsletter, and in every newsletter from now on. We bring them to your attention and hope you value these businesses and their support of ANGFA as much as we do.
